Laury, Ingénieure Qualité Industrielle - ALSTOM

The growing internationalization of production and markets is forcing industries to organize and manage their production systems as effectively as possible.

The production engineer is trained to innovate, develop and improve a production line. He or she is also able to optimize the resources and deadlines, to improve products and service quality as well as to maintain industrial equipment, to set up new logistics and manage teams.

The Production engineer, thanks to his or her training combining knowledge acquisition at Polytech Lille and on-the-job training at a company, is able to carry out these missions.

The Production degree course is the result of a long-standing partnership with 7 industrial groups (dEfi association): Danone, EDF, Michelin, Rio Tinto, Renault, Rhône Poulenc, Safran, and two professional branches: metallurgy (UIMM) and chemicals (UIC).

The teaching staff includes industry representatives as well as faculty members.

The company entrusts the student engineer with a 2-year assignment, enabling him/her to progress in his/her work situation towards the autonomy and responsibility of a production engineer.
